Business Central Incorporated Group Full Year Results
Following completion of its annual financial review and audit, Business Central has released its annual results for the 12 months ended 30 June 2026.
The Group recorded a loss before tax of $463,171, an improvement of $268,586 on the $731,757 loss reported in the previous year.
The improved result comes against a challenging operating environment for businesses and organisations across the region. Business Central continued to focus on delivering services and support to its members while managing its financial position.
Membership remained broadly stable, with 3,515 represented members compared with 3,476 in the previous year. Business Central continued to support businesses across its network through membership services, advocacy, events, learning and development, and international trade services.
During the year, Business Central delivered 45 events attended by 3,938 participants, alongside 40 learning and development course sessions. Participant satisfaction with learning and development remained high at 94%.
“It has been a busy and productive year at Business Central as we continued to deliver practical support, trusted advice, strong advocacy and networking opportunities while navigating a significant period of change.
“Like many other organisations, we continued to face financial pressures in a challenging economic environment and operated at a loss. However, well-controlled expenses, alongside investment in a new operating model shaped by extensive member feedback, mean we are repositioning for the future.
“While there is more work to do and we are focussed on returning to surplus as quickly as possible, it is pleasing that the Group’s financial position is stable and reflects our investment in the future on members’ behalf.”
