Customised Training Programmes
Programmes developed with you to build capability where it matters and deliver practical outcomes for your team. Ideal for organisations wanting learning that reflects how they actually work, and builds capability across teams rather than individuals alone.

Our Custom Course Process

We listen
The initial phase is listening and learning all about your business, team and unique needs. We discover what you need most from the course and take note of the company structure, culture and industry.

We develop
After learning all about you, we begin to draft your material, and develop it with your feedback to ensure your voice is clear and your employees are getting the best fit.

We deliver
Once the material has been reviewed and signed off, it’s time to deliver the course to your employees. Courses are led by a facilitator chosen for their expertise and fit, with full sign-off from you.

We follow up
After the course, we provide a report of attendee feedback and follow up after six weeks to see how the course outcomes are working within your workplace.
When is an in-house course right for you?
If you have 5 or more team members you’d like to send on a course, changing it to an in-house could save you money. Additionally, once you’ve moved to an in-house format, we can update the content with specific examples and tailor it to suit your organisation.
Example
Resene wanted to send 6 team members to our Aspiring to Lead course. By changing to an in-house format, they were able to get the course for the same price, with 4 additional team members for a total of 10 participants. And we ensured the content fit the specific needs of Resene. We can curate the content so it is a perfect fit for your organisation and team. We will co-design the content with you to ensure all components are covered, and that your participants are getting the precise information that they need to make your organisation thrive.
Example 1
Taituarā (Local Government Professionals Aotearoa) partnered with us to deliver our Aspiring to Lead course to 60 of their local government members. These participants were spread between 3 different cohorts, and had content specifically designed to meet the demands of being a Local Government Professional. This project contained a series of in-person and virtual sessions that took place over 2 months to allow for maximum flexibility.
Example 2
Multiple organisations want to upskill their leadership team but are unsure where to start as their team members have different leadership skillsets and experiences. We work with your organisation to identify needs and obstacles that are present and will curate content that will help to support and enhance your teams performance for future development. We also do a 6 week follow up that will assess how well your team implemented the content. We can create personalised content to tackle needs unique to your organisation.
Example 1
You have a group of team members that require specific, and precise development over multiple subjects. We partnered with New Zealand Tube Mills to offer their team of future leaders an intensely personalised training course that was tailored towards the manufacturing industry. We worked with multiple industry experts as they designed and delivered the tailored material to a set cohort of learners from NZ Tube Mills, and other members of manufacturing organisations.
The below topics were delivered over 10 half-day sessions that took place periodically over 18 months.
