This course is for anyone who has a duty of care to employees who could be affected by the work carried out in your workplace. This could be as an owner, executive, board member or senior manager. The course covers how to remain compliant and work towards cost reduction and increased productivity.

Key audience
This course is suitable for people who are owners, executives, board members or senior managers who have a duty of care to their people. It would also be helpful for those who would like to be across these duties due to reporting requirements or aspects of their roles interacting with the above leadership roles.
