This is a hands-on session where you will learn how you can use AI to support real HR tasks from your business.

With guidance from both AI and HR experts, you will explore:

Current employment relation issues
Organisational readiness and barriers to AI use
Relevant AI case studies from real business
Best practice and how to use AI responsibly
How AI could make a meaningful difference to your everyday tasks

A large section of the session will be dedicated to helping you get started with AI tools that will support your day-to-day activity. This is a hands-on workshop so please bring a laptop with you on the day.
