The purpose of this course is to provide you with a solid foundation in leadership principles and practical skills to apply in real-world situations.

By understanding these fundamental aspects, you will be better prepared to take on leadership roles and inspire your people.

The course spans two days, covering 8 modules that focus on the most important knowledge a new leader requires. These modules deliver hands-on skills rooted in leadership theory.

Key audience

This course is suitable for people who are new to leadership and would like to take a deep dive into the theory and practice that provides a foundation for a successful leadership career. It’s also beneficial for those who have been in a new role for a while that requires some leadership expertise.
