This course will teach you how to build an effective team. It covers the tools that are required to confidently lead, plan, delegate, and manage the workload of your team. You will also learn about your leadership style and how to motivate your team members to achieve targets and perform well overall.

This course is suitable for people who are new to team leadership and would like a quick, concise overview to start their leadership career. This course would also suit team leaders who are keen to learn more about how to manage a team and get the best out of it.
