Your business or legal entity is a PCBU (Person Conducting Business or Undertaking) and where there are overlapping H&S duties, a PCBU has a duty to consult, cooperate and monitor other PCBU activities to ensure that health and safety is effectively managed. The 2015 Act defines contractors, sub-contractors and other businesses you deal with as “PCBUs”.

This course will help you understand the key components of the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015 and how they relate to contractor management.
