Employers have a responsibility to administer salary and wage payments in accordance with employment legislation. This course provides participants with an understanding of lawful payroll procedures relating to the employment relationship and its various legislative requirements. Participants will also be shown how to facilitate manual checking when an entitlement is questioned by an employee.

- Understand the key legislation in regard to wages law in the employment relationship.
- Assist participants to be more confident of their knowledge about pay entitlements.
- Help ensure employees are correctly paid, preventing potential pay disputes.
